Please go to the "INQUIRY TO ORDER"  tab and fill out the requirements.

Once information is received, we require a deposit to proceed with your order.

Please be sure to make your deposit when booking to secure your order.

*Order is not considered "booked" unless deposit is made*

Please e-transfer your deposit to: skyscraftstudio@gmail.com 

*Deposit is non refundable with cancellation*

Deposit will be deducted from orders total at the time of Pickup/Delivery.

Please give 3 weeks notice prior to your desired date for your customized items.

You can also reserve weeks or months in advance to your desired date!

We offer multiple options for you to get your products.

1. Pick Up: Orders can be picked up either in Downtown Toronto or Malton. The address will be provided to you.
2. Delivery: Delivery is available within the GTA at an additional cost.
3.  Shipping: Shipping is available within Canada via Canada Post. Cost will be determined by weight, size, and quantity requested.

FOR SHIPPING BY MAIL:

Sky’s Craft Studio is not liable for packages that are late, damaged, lost or stolen once your order has been sent out for shipping. If you have any issues with your package during shipping, please contact Canada post directly.

Due to the handcrafted nature of these custom/personalized items, returns and exchange are not accepted.

However, your happiness is my priority so if you have any issues with your order please contact me right away via email: skyscraftstudio@gmail.com

Orders are confirmed once a deposit is paid. We are unable to offer refunds given the customized nature of the business.

While deposits are non-refundable, we understand circumstances can change. Deposits paid can be transferred and used towards another event or at a later date.

The sticks are food grade. They are made of quality plastic that is toxic free, odor free and safe to use.
